M9Asia Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to M9Asia (hereinafter referred to as "M9Asia", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). M9Asia is an international online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://m9asia.casa. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "Member") and M9Asia.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or participating in any game, promotion, or betting market offered by M9Asia, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the M9Asia platform immediately.

M9Asia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by a User upon registration on the M9Asia platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds (denominated in Malaysian Ringgit, MYR) held in a Member's Account, including both real money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or incentive balances credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Member via supported payment methods including Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect.
• "Game" means any slot game, live dealer table game, instant game, crash game, or lottery-style product accessible via the M9Asia platform.
• "Sporting Event" means any sporting contest — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League (EPL) matches, UFC events, and Asian handicap markets — on which the platform accepts wagers.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address confirmation, required before processing withdrawals.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary arrangement by which a Member requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period to manage responsible gambling.
• "Platform" means the M9Asia website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services offered through them.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with M9Asia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. M9Asia strictly prohibits the registration of minor individuals.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of or on behalf of any third party.
3. Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in the territory from which you access the Platform.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from M9Asia or any affiliated platform, unless formal re-entry has been approved by our support team following the applicable cooling-off period.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of M9Asia or any of its associated game studio partners.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where M9Asia's services are explicitly prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
7. All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete. Submission of false or misleading registration data constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the M9Asia platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. M9Asia employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Upon detection, all associated Accounts may be suspended and all Balances (including winnings) may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. M9Asia will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

You agree to notify M9Asia immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

M9Asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian NRIC, Passport, or Driver's Licence; a proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months); and a selfie holding the identity document. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the M9Asia Platform is subject to the following conditions. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable terms at all times.

1. You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. You will not attempt to access any area of the Platform for which you have not been granted authorisation.
3. You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
4. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
5. You will ensure that all deposits and wagers are funded exclusively from sources legitimately owned by you. The use of funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
6. You acknowledge that all games and betting markets on M9Asia involve financial risk. M9Asia does not guarantee any outcome, win rate, or return on wagers placed.
7. You agree that M9Asia's records of all transactions, wagers, and game outcomes constitute the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

M9Asia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet (TnG), GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, Financial Process Exchange (FPX) linked to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and member tier — up to RM50,000 per transaction for DuitNow and FPX bank transfers. Specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing times as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Boost, TnG, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within minutes; FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during banking hours. VIP Gold tier members and above benefit from expedited processing as described in the VIP Program Terms.

6.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on M9Asia are processed in MYR. M9Asia does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for which M9Asia bears no responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

M9Asia offers a range of promotional incentives to registered members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on losses, birthday bonuses (from MYR 188 for Bronze-tier members to MYR 2,688 for VIP-tier members), and referral rewards of MYR 38 per successful referral. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each promotion.

1. All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of winnings is permitted.
2. A Member may only claim each bonus offer once, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
3. M9Asia reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Birthday bonuses are credited during the Member's registered birth month upon manual request submitted to the support team. The Member's date of birth must be verified before the commencement of the birthday month.
5. Referral bonuses are activated only once the referred Member has completed registration, KYC verification, and met the minimum deposit and activity threshold specified in the Refer-a-Friend promotion terms.
6. Abuse of promotional systems — including collusion between accounts, self-referral attempts, or systematic bonus exploitation — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

8. Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general wagering conditions apply:

1. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering obligations expire with any remaining Bonus Funds at the end of the validity period.
2. Certain game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. The applicable contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Minimum bet amounts apply during bonus wagering periods. Bets placed below the minimum threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.
4. Maximum bet limits apply during bonus wagering periods. Wagers placed in excess of the maximum permitted bet while Bonus Funds are active may be voided at M9Asia's discretion.
5. M9Asia reserves the right to void any winnings generated in breach of wagering requirement conditions.

9. Sports Betting Rules

The following provisions apply to all sports betting markets available on M9Asia, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, the AFC Champions League, UFC, and all other sporting events offered on the Platform:

1. All wagers are accepted subject to availability of markets and prevailing odds at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to settlement.
2. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member.
3. M9Asia reserves the right to void any wager where palpable errors in odds have occurred due to technical malfunction, data feed error, or human entry mistake.
4. In the event of a match or event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, M9Asia's settlement rules for the applicable sport govern the treatment of affected wagers. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
5. Asian handicap markets are settled in accordance with internationally recognised Asian handicap settlement conventions.
6. Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional terms, including suspension of markets at M9Asia's discretion to ensure integrity.
7. Any wager placed using information not publicly available at the time of bet placement, or placed in coordination with any effort to manipulate a sporting event, will be void and the Member's Account will be subject to suspension.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the M9Asia platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or in furtherance of any financial crime.
• Coordinating wagers or game play with other Members to exploit bonus systems, game mechanics, or promotional structures (collusion or bonus abuse).
• Deploying automated betting software, bots, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform without M9Asia's express written consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Members' Accounts or to M9Asia's back-end systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward M9Asia employees or other platform users.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or platform access controls using VPN services, proxy servers, or similar tools.

11. Responsible Gambling

M9Asia is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only what they can genuinely afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered M9Asia Members through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play session durations with auto-logout enforcement.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds over specified time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 6 months) or permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen reminders at configurable intervals to prompt review of your current session activity.

M9Asia reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any Account where patterns of play indicate potential harm, including unsolicited application of deposit limits or temporary suspension.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the M9Asia platform — including but not limited to the M9Asia brand name, logo, visual design, interface layout, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of M9Asia or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property rights.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any M9Asia content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M9Asia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, communication disruptions, or system outages beyond M9Asia's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Errors in odds, game results, or promotional communications due to technical malfunction, provided that M9Asia acts promptly upon discovery to rectify such errors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

M9Asia's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit M9Asia's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

M9Asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect upon publication to the Platform. Where amendments are material — that is, where they affect existing Member rights or obligations in a substantive manner — M9Asia will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Members via the registered email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which M9Asia is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first seek resolution through M9Asia's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing.

M9Asia will acknowledge formal disputes within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 30 business days. Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's complaints procedure.

All disputes are subject to these Terms regardless of the Member's country of residence or the location from which the Platform is accessed.
